I cannot recommend working with Karen enough! I have received a lot of different types of energy work and am very discerning about whom I engage. Working with Karen was an instant full body, yes. She holds such a loving presence that I immediately felt safe and comfortable. I was familiar with the modalities she uses and seeking out a practitioner for both me and my 3-month-old daughter (who loved her!) Although Karen also practices virtually, I desired an in-person session, and she was so accommodating. Arriving at my first session, I felt as if we already knew each other. During the session, I was completely at ease trusting, and allowing whatever needed to be present. Karen is extremely intuitive and connected, every part of the experience resonated with me.
